This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Z Assist Consumer Solutions (doing business as Z Assist) ("we," "us," or "our") may provide refunds for its extended warranty and damage protection plans ("Plans"). Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing a Plan, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

General Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions detailed in your individual Plan agreement. This policy provides a general guideline for refund requests.

Cancellation & Prorated Refunds

If you choose to cancel your Plan after the Free Look Period has expired, you may be eligible for a prorated refund, provided no claim has been made under the Plan. The prorated refund will typically be calculated based on the unexpired term of the Plan, less any applicable administrative or cancellation charges as specified in the Plan agreement.

If a claim has been made and settled under the Plan, no refund will be issued, even if you cancel before the expiry date.

Processing of Refunds

Once we receive your refund request and confirm your eligibility, we will process the refund within 15–30 business days. Refunds will typically be processed using the original payment method. If this is not possible, an alternate method will be coordinated with you. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If a claim has been made and paid/approved under the Plan
  • If the request for a refund is made after the Plan expiry term
  • Fees or charges marked as non-refundable in the Plan agreement
  • Evidence of fraud or misrepresentation

Plan Specific Terms

If any terms in your specific Plan document conflict with this general Refund Policy, the terms of the Plan document will prevail.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Z Assist reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website www.zassist.co.in. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
