2. Definitions

  • “You”, “User” — refers to the person accessing or using the services.
  • “Plan” — means extended warranty or damage protection plan offered by Z-Assist.
  • “Device” — refers to the product covered under a plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan. The device details and personal info provided during plan purchase must be accurate.

4. Services Provided

Z-Assist offers extended warranty and accidental damage protection for eligible devices. Coverage may include:

  • Mechanical or electrical failures
  • Accidental damage (if included in the plan)
  • Repair through authorized centers
  • Replacement (where applicable and specified)

5. Exclusions

The following are not covered unless explicitly stated:

  • Pre-existing issues or defects
  • Theft, loss or burglary
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting performance
  • Damage due to unauthorized repairs or tampering
  • Natural disasters, unless specified in the plan

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful device and purchase details.
  • Inform us of any claim promptly.
  • Avoid unauthorized repairs.
  • Use the device according to manufacturer guidelines.

7. Claim Process

To make a claim:

  • Submit a claim via our portal or email/phone.
  • Provide invoice, device serial number, and required photos.
  • Allow us to perform diagnostics or physical inspection, if needed.

All claims are subject to review and approval based on these Terms.

8. Payments & Refunds

Payment for plans must be made in full at purchase. Refunds are available only before plan activation or within a specified refund window. No refunds once a claim is approved or initiated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-Assist is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Loss of data, revenue or business.
  • Damage due to misuse, negligence or third-party intervention.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including logos, text, graphics) is owned by Z-Assist and protected by IP laws. Do not use it without our permission.

11. Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties (repair centers, logistics, payment partners). While we vet them, we are not responsible for their independent actions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or for other valid reasons.

13. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be handled in courts in our registered state.
